Help urgently needed: Which test to use?

I need to analyse data for a research study for a course:

There are 5 participants:
- 3 in a placebo condition
- 2 in active treatment

Participants in both groups (placebo and active treatment) each were given the same questionnaire once before treatment and once after treatment. The results of the questionnaire fall into 6 main categories and these categories will be analysed for significant differences before and after treatment for both placebo and active treatment groups.

Assuming data is normally distributed, which test should I use for hypothesis testing?
