basic stat question

Hi all,

This is my first post and as you can see it's very basic. I wondering if someone will help me to analyse these results from a papar I'm reading over.

Factor number 8 is of most importance to me, but some basic english around whats going on here would help, it's been some time since I did stats and I need some help. To be honest I didn't even remember what an Eigenvalue was.
