HI everyone,
I am using SPSS 14. I have multiple variables that contain information on the presence/absence on a number of subtypes of a symptom (coded 0 for absent, 1 for present) I then have a variable for a continuous scale of emotion. The data is organised by participant code. I want to create a bar chart with error bars and i want the emotion as the y axis and the symptom subtypes as the x axis, with different bars from absent and present. how on earth do i do this?- have tried different ways but can't seem to get it right. do i need to reorganise my data file?
