Minitab logistic regression model

Hi,

I have some data that I want to build a model for. It has a binary response. Possibly two continous greater than zero numerical dependent variables, and three binary dependent variables.

I believe that a starting modle might be pi* = B0 + B1X1 + B2X2+ B3X3+B4X4+ B5X5

where pi* is log(prob(y=1)/(1-)prob(y=1))

where X is the dependent variables from above.

Is this the modle that Minitab fits if I choose Stat -> Regression -> Binary logistic regression -> link function -> logit?

I think so, your link function:
log(prob(y=1)/(1-)prob(y=1))
is the logit function, I assume ( don't know ) that Minitab works that way.
