Factor Analysis - Q statistic

Hi All,
I am just wondering if anyone has a good reference concerning the Q statistic (chi-square/df) as a goodness of fit parameter in CFA. If I am not mistaken, the value of Q should be ~2 to demonstrate good fit, however I have yet to find published information on this 'standard'. Any information would be great.
Cheers!
