How do the ANOVA F statistics and its p-value relate to t statistics for the
slope(linear regression) and its p-value?
I found t statistics =6.3 p-value=7.57E^-08 F statistics=39.90 p-value=4.24 sample size=51 |

Square of t random variable is an F random variable. ( not necessary the reverse)
I am not sure which t statistic you are showing us. Is it present in ANOVA table? How did you get ,pvalue as 4.24? ( it is a probability).
