I'm testing the predictive effects of mood (positive/negative) and personality traits (extraversion and neuroticism) on music preference (interest level in 4 different musical categories).
This follows a between-subjects design.
A positive or negative mood was induced via video intervention. Mood levels were measured pre- and post-intervention using the PANAS.
Music preference was measure before and after video intervention via the STOMP tool. Personality traits were measured before video intervention using the Big Five inventory and extraversion and neuroticism levels were used.
I'm not sure what test to run here. Would this be a 2-way ANOVA, a MANOVA, some form of regression or something else?
Thank you so much for your help!
