Additional analysis of experimental data

Hi All!
I'm a student in computer science and I need some advice.

I have a data set of a repeated measures design experiment with two independent variables (3 and 4 levels).
As dependent variables I have yes/no answer and a walked distance for each combination of conditions.

During the analysis (factorial ANOVA) there was a difference in walked distance for each independent variable and also in the contrasts.
There were no significant interaction between the independent variables.
But from the nature of the experiment became interesting, if there is a correlation between the yes/no answer and the distance walked.

I suppose Bonferroni correction is in order, but I'm a bit at loss what would be the best test for this.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
