Analysis of different influence factors in a study - method?

Hi everybody,

I am an engineer and trying to evaluate the outcome of a study. The participants were asked to rate the visual color match of panel couples on a scale from 1 (poor) to 5 (good). This was done with 50 panel couples and 25 participants. I want to investigate, whether there are significant differences in color evaluation between the the participants work location (5 levels), the Experience Levels in Color evaluation (2 levels) and so on. The results of the study could look like this:

I cannot do an ANOVA because I'm handling ordinal values, obviously. What I found might be fitting is Friedmans test, but I'm not sure if this is correct.
I am also not sure if my variables are dependent on each other? Do I need to scale / normalize the values for each panel couple?
