The F value isn't a particularly informative number at an intuitive level. The p value is more helpful.
One comment - Table 1 has 45 p values, so you have a problem with false positives. This means that the authors need to redefine their significance levels. A common approach is Bonferroni which says reduce the critical value to 0.05/45 which is about 0.001, so you run a real risk of making a false claim for significance for any but those with ***.
