At least 3 out of 5 in SPSS?

Hello everybody.
I have 5 variables in SPSS.
I want to split my cases in 2 groups.
Group 1: all cases that will satisfy at least 3 conditions out of the 5 variables available.
Group 2: all the remaining cases.
How can I code this in SPSS please?

Variable name Description code. measure

Obese_Male Men with Obesity 0=no; 1=yes. Nominal
Obese_Female Women with Obesity. 0=no; 1=yes Nominal
Fasting_Glucose. Take medicines for diabetes. 2=no; 1=yes Nominal
Triglycerides_lipid Take Lipid lowering 0=no; 1=yes Scale
HDL Take statins 0=no; 1=yes Scale
currbp Currently has high b p 2=no; 1=yes Scale
medcinbp. Take medicines for high BP 2=no; 1=yes Nominal


Well I want to create 2 groups

Group 1= WITH DISEASE (needs to score at least 3 out of 5 criteria)

I want to include:

1.ALL Men and Women with Obesity (=1)
2.ALL Take medicines for diabetes (=1)
3.Take Lipid lowering (=1)
4.ALL Take Statins (=1)
5.ALL Take medicines for high BP (=1) and if no (=2) currbp must be yes (=1)

Group 1=WITHOUT DISEASE

all subjects that do not score at least 3 out of the 5 criteria listed above

Use COUNT to create a new variable which contains the number
of variables with value "1" for each case. RECODE the new variable
(0 to 2=0, 3 to 5=1).
