Binomial Probability

I am trying to figure out how many possible combinations there are for a 10 question survey that has yes or no answers. I tried writing out a sample space:

Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y N
Y Y Y Y Y Y Y Y N N
Y Y Y Y Y Y Y N N N

...and quickly realized it would be very easy for me to miss an option or two.

So I tried a combinations calculator. But I can't figure out how to make this a combinations problem. I *think* it's a binomial problem. I can figure out the probability of getting, say 1 YES ( 0.0546875 ) but that doesn't tell me how many different combinations there are.

Thanks in advance@
