Books for Stats

Hi All

I am doing the MBA program. We have stats in our syllabus. I have strong mathematics background, however, I am not finding enough books to practice stats from.

The questions we get aren't direct. We always get questions with a data set, which we solve using Excel/Data Analysis/Megastats.

Plus, method to solve isn't direct. From the problem, you will need to figure out if it is One test/two tail test and so on.

Can somene recommend me good books that have datasets too and based on what I have mentioned above?

Statistics for Management and Economics by Keller has a lot of exercises with data sets and with applications such as you describe.

I m not sure if the book is useful. In the book, with the data set, mean and standard deviation is already given. But, we are asked to calculate mean/standard deviation for the data set.
