Buyers of large quantities of goods from a supplier often use sampling inspection schemes to judge the incoming quality of the goods. Suppose that an inspector incorrectly rejects 2% of good shipments and it is known that 5% of all shipments are of inferior quality. Calculate the probability that a shipment is good and is rejected.

I really don't know where to start with this. Does it matter if the goods where rejected incorrectly or must I adjust that at the 5% then what?

Use conditional probability
P(reject|Good)=P(reject and Good)/P(Good) = 0.02/0.95

Are you sure? Is "the probability that a shipment is good and is rejected" the same as "the probability that it will be rejected given that it is good"?
