Categorizing reasons for predictions in a model


I have built a predictive model using decision trees in SPSS modeller. The model predicts which customers are likely to leave based on customer service variables.

The issue I have is I know which are my most important variables but what I want to do is for every customer categorise the reason for the churned prediction.

i.e. customer abc - multiple price increases and multiple calls to call centre
customer def - long length of service and missed delivery SLAs

SPSS spits out a decision tree against each customer but I cant get that into a concise format in EXcel to hold against each customer.

Any ideas?
