Comparing 3 Variables Drug trial what tests to do?

I have been given a data set of 3 groups, 20 patients ine each measuring for drugA, drugB and placebo. with the effect of the drug in numerical form-> Here is my data set:

I'm getting really confused: I think i'm meant to do 3 t-tests for them, so i extracted just the raw numbers for each of them and did t.test(drugB.numb,DrugA.numb,paired=T) is that correct because i got over0.05 for all my p-values
Also how do i run an Anova with this data???

As the two lecturers responsible for the module for which this exercise forms a major piece of assessed coursework, we would strongly recommend (i) either trying to work out the answer for yourself, rather than getting someone else to write your R code for you; or (ii) attending the drop-in R session which is running as we type.
