Cox Proportional hazard model result interpretation

Could anyone please help me to interpret results from Cox Proportional hazard model result interpretation.:wave:
I am using SAS ENTERPRISE Guide and I have the following results:

Analysis of Maximum Likelihood Estimates (shown in the image)

Well, could you perhaps be a bit more specific? If you have run
a Cox regression, then I suppose you are somewhat familiar with
the basic ideas of survival analysis/Cox regression models, so
where's the actual problem?

My confusion is about negative parameter estimates. Does it mean that unit decrease ?

(All response variables are continues)

As you can see, negative parameter estimates are associated with
hazard ratios < 1 .

A one unit increase in creatinine (whatever that may be) is associated with a (0.996 - 1)*100% = -0.4% decrease in the hazard of <whatever your event is>.
