Suppose I had a set of mice that I induced an injury, and then looked for recovery based on a drug. I would split the group into treated and control mice, and track their progress using a subjective behavioral measure. I would measure their progress on the behavioral task the day after injury is induced, and then track it frequently (day 4, day 7, day 14...until day 35). Doing a basic t-test, I see significant differences at day 35 between the control and treated group. What kind of ANOVA can I do on this data, to asses interaction values? Would I do a repeated measures 2-way ANOVA with time and group (control vs. treated), being the two variables?
