According to an analysis of recently released census data, on average, women earn less than two-thirds as much as men. A sample of ten men and ten women was selected from a specific management position in ten different U.S. Corporations, and the annual salary for each individual was recorded below.
Formally test for a significant difference in salary due to gender. Use 1% significance level. If any differences are found, use any statistical tools to explain what they are.
