(easy?) Partial slope coefficients question...

#1
Slopes from auxiliary regressions where each variable is regressed on one of the others. Variables have all been mean-deviated so the constant terms in all the regressions are zero.

Budget on Budget = 1
Budget on Personnel = .4
Budget on Programs = 1.25
Personnel on Budget = .03
Personnel on Personnel = 1
Personnel on Programs = .075
Programs on Budget = .36
Programs on Personnel = .3
Programs on Programs = 1

Determine the two partial slope coefficients in the multiple regression of budget changes on personnel changes and program changes. What is the expected budget increase with each added new employee? With each new program?

Can anyone help me figure out how to do this? I'm assuming it's fairly simple. Thanks!
