Estimating uncertainty/error in multi-measurement, multi-replicate analysis

Please forgive my ignorance, it has been a while since error analysis in college and I am at a loss trying to estimate error for the following scenario:

I want to know how to report my error/uncertainty in a case where I have made repeated measurements on a suite of replicate samples. I would like my reported error/uncertainty to reflect (a) the uncertainty in my measurements (standard deviation of measurements within a given sample), and also (b) the uncertainty across multiple replicate samples (samples that are all supposed to be "the same").

Any advice is greatly appreciated!
