[GenStat] help please!!

#1
Hi everyone,

I'm currently using the GenStat trial to see if it may help with my business
I've barely used any stats programmes before and am not hot with stats at all so please forgive my ignorance..

I've done my GLMM (binomial) and want to use the backtransformed means to make a graph on excel

Where can I find the SE's to make error bars on the graph?

I have tried ticking different boxes under the 'standard error' box in the GLMM options but in the output I can't seem to find the SE's only 'standard error of differences' which I pressume is not correct?
or 'standard errors minimum, max and average' which again I don't think is correct?
What are the correct boxes to tick in the standard error options to get the data I need to make error bars

Basically this comes up.. what do I use for error bars:

Table of effects for Constant

0.9126 Standard error: 0.32915

Table of effects for HerdType

HerdType Mixed Single
0.000 -2.000

Standard error of differences: 0.4077

Tables of means with standard errors

HerdType
Mixed 0.913
Single -1.088

Estimated variance-covariance matrix

HerdType Mixed 0.10834
HerdType Single 0.00027 0.05839
HerdType Mixed HerdType Single

Table of predicted means for HerdType

HerdType Mixed Single
0.913 -1.088

Standard error of differences: 0.4077

Table of predicted means for HerdType

HerdType Mixed Single
0.913 -1.088

Standard errors of differences between pairs

HerdType Mixed 1 *
HerdType Single 2 0.408 *

Table of predicted means for HerdType

HerdType Mixed Single
0.913 -1.088

Standard errors

Average: 0.2854
Maximum: 0.3291
Minimum: 0.2416

Help would be very much appricated!!!
