GLM contrast table mystry

I hope you are all fine
I ran a repeated measures analysis with two independent variables each with three levels

at first I converted the two variables I have into the 9 new variables (level1 var1 + level 1 var 2, level 1 var1+ level 2 var 2, so on). I hope this is correct.

The contrast output (simple contrast) contained strange expression containing E- beside the numbers (see below) and this was only at some levels of the interaction term, the rest of the table is OK
What could be the reason behind this knowing that I checked the completeness of data in the table
