Help interpreting a statistical symbol "Φ"

Please excuse my ignorance - novice.

I am currently reading a paper - 'Non-parametric estimators of effect size' by Larry V. Hedges and Ingram Olkin. The problem is that i can not understand this Symbol 'Φ'.

Could someone please tell me what this means is statistics. Yes,I have Wiki'ed it!

The symbol is used in the context as ' δc = Φ^-1(11/20)=0.126.

I have also attached the original paper as I am quoting page 7!

I will super appreciate an answer.

They explain it on page 6: Φ^-1 is a function corresponding to the inverse of the CDF of the standard normal.
