help with comparing paired values

I have a question regarding comparing data. I have data in spss as presented here:...the list goes on for a thousand entries (ie...A, B, C, D, E, ....etc to the thousandth line)

a1 a2 b1 b2 c1 c2
A 0.783 0.233 0.204 0.293 0.152 0.269
B 0.94 0.62 0.272 0.073 0.076 0.179
C 5.246 5.662 3.269 3.373 3.795 2.329
D 0.235 0.155 0.341 0.147 0.531 0.179

This was multiple tests (each row, capital letter A, B, etc) I ran on specimens a1, a2, b1, b2, c1, c2.
a1 and a2 are one specimen...pre treatment and post treatment
similar for b1 and b2, and c1 and c2

I want to see if there is a difference between pre and post for each test.

Currently, I can think of doing a paired t test so that it will look like this:

Test A
1 2
a 0.783 0.233
b 0.204 0.293
c 0.152 0.269

And run a paired t test on this.

Then do it for Test B, then Test C, etc.

However, I do not know how to do this in SPSS without manually creating a thousand secondary charts to run the paired t test.

Does anyone know a way to do this in an (semi-)automated fashion?

Thank you
