Help with P-value problem

I need help solving this problem

Find the P-value for the indicated hypothesis test. An airline claims that the no-show rate for passengers booked on its flights is less than 6%. OF 380 randomly selected reservations, 18 were no-shows. Find the P-value for a test of the airline's claim.

This is what I did below but I got the wrong answer

18/380 = 0.05 1 - .06 = .94

I looked up 0.05 on the z score table and came up with .5199

.5199 - .06 = 0.4599

(.06) (.94) / 380 = .00015

square root of .00015 = .012

0.4599/.012 = 38.3
