Help with type of anova using mintab 16

My data set is based on ash application rates on soil and the heavy metal leachate collected.

4 rates:0%,60%,80%, 100%
4 reps of collected leachate
7 trace element tested in leachate.

Sample data would look like this

How do i run anova and either fishers lsd or tukey. Not sure what to do in minitab. I think its the way i format my table. Please help. I need this for my thesis

The rates are 0 and 60 and the numbers are supposed to be under the 4 elemnts. This is just a quick snapshot using fictitious numbers

The question i want to ask is whether there is a difference between rates based on leachate elemental averages

If I understand your information, this appears to be a one-way ANOVA with seven response variables.

Enter your data as shown, then use Stat > ANOVA > One-Way...
Enter one of your seven response variables into Response:
Enter P into Factor:
Select Comparisons > Tukey's (with 4 levels, I recommend Tukey's over Fishers). If one of the levels is a control group, consider using Dunnett's.
Select Graph's > check appropriate graphs and select Residual Plots > Four in one
