For a regression of Y on X1 and X2 it's:

Beta1 = (ry1 - ry2*r12) / (1 - r12^2)

Beta2 = (ry2 - ry1*r12) / (1 - r12^2)

The unstandardized coefficients are:

b1=Beta1*(sy/sx1)

b2=Beta2*(sy/sx2)

For more than two variables I would suggest you consider matrix algebra.
