How can confirm the data in the table is statistically significant?

Please find the table document.

Numbers in bracket refers to number incidents in a particular stages occurred over months in a year under each category C1, C2, C3. Total number of INCIDENCE is 240. January month incidences (142 + 0 + 34 + 64) Numbers outside bracket is percent of incidence. How can I confirm this table is statistically correct? I cannot use factorial designs because there are NO replications.

Please help me regrading this.
