How to identify statistical significance between groups?

I am new to statistics.
We conducted the census survey (no sampling) targeting on adults living in one particular area with high response rate.
We asked them to choose only one methods/approaches out of six to solve local issues.

Methods : a, b, c, d, e, f
Male : 25, 30, 10, 5, 20, 10
Female: 10, 15, 20, 20, 25, 10
(Note: above numbers are arbitrary for now.)

Is there statistical significance between male and female? How can I compute them?
Does it make any difference if data contain all residents or sampled?
Thanks in advance.
