How to show in a simplify scientific way the post-hoc test of 4 variables involved, when 3 by 3 variables are significant?

In a multi-factorial experiment involving 4 variables (species(2x), temperature(2x), nutrients(2x) and light(3x)), 3 by 3 variables, for example, "species", "temperature" and "nutrients" are significant instead of the expected significance of the 4 variables together. I end up with 12 post-hoc tables referring to the possible interactions. Now, I would like to show these pieces of information in a scientific paper format and not insert 12 tables in the manuscript. Is there a way to show up these results in a concise way? Is there any biology paper related which exemplifies a similar situation?
My best guest so far would be to do 4 graphs with the 3 by 3 variable interactions but so far no success.

Any help would be more than welcome.
