Inference and Interpretation for Standard Deviation Result Obtained

#1
I'm working with seed germination studies. I calculated Standard deviation for weekly germination and i got the Standard deviation value as 14.56. kindly help me how to interpret and inference the Standard deviation value in this germination study.
I'm also providing my germination data below.

First of all you should do some exploratory data analysis.

Next try to explain why the data "65" seems so far away from the rest, which is a potential outlier. I am not asking you to delete the data directly, but try to find out the reason behind. It is because this data have great influence on the sample standard deviation (which is not robust). Also if this data is legitimate, then the population itself is skewed, and may not be appropriate to be analyzed by standard deviation.
