Is this sample representative?

#1
I have a sample of 1500 items electronic items collected. 109 items out of them were taken to be dismantled. I performed ANOVA and Dummy regression on both samples and got different results. For the big sample I got significant results while for the small sample I got insignificant. Am I able to conclude that the small sample is not representative of the big one?

Thanks in advance

No idea what this means, "109 items out of them were taken to be dismantled"?

Also, you may want to also consider that the analyses from the smaller sample were underpowered. In particular, were the values different or just the p-values?

I don't understand what you mean by the big and the small sample. ANOVA and linear regression with dummy variables (there is no such thing as dummy regression) are the same methods. So you should have gotten the same results.

The only way you can conclude something is representative of a larger population is if you drew it randomly from that population. But I am not sure that is what you are talking about.
