JMP-inserting data and stacking

#1
Hi!
For my stats homework I have to insert some data in a table in JMP and then stack the columns but it doesn't seem to be working.
My professor has noted this:
Note: To analyze this data in JMP, first copy the data. Paste it into a JMP table with 8 columns.
Then, under the Tables menu, Stack all 8 columns.

I have tried everything I possibly could and nothing is working.
The data I need to use is the following, and is set up exactly like this:

47.1 40.1 70.2 29.6 16.3 66.7 39.4 67.4
40.8 18.4 57.6 24.0 68.1 71.6 49.9 67.4
51.3 32.4 35.9 12.1 24.0 33.1 21.2 71.6
12.1 49.9 44.3 71.6 57.6 59.0 63.9

Do I need to paste in only in one column, then add 7 more blank columns and click stack? I tried that, and it didn't work. I'm supposed to be finding a 99% confidence interval for this.
Any help would really be appreciated!
Thank you!
