'Key Drivers of Satisfaction Analysis' - Help Please!

For a project I am undertaking, I have carried out an extensive survey of satisfaction. I have a list of criteria ranked with the level of customer satisfaction, from the following: Very Satisfied; Fairly Satisfied; Neither Satisfied, Nor Dissatisfied; Fairly Dissastisfied; Very Dissatisfied.

Ideally, I would like to carry out what I think is known as a 'Key Drivers of Satisfaction Analysis'. I have read online that this requires "linear regression to create models which identiy those individual ratings that most closely correlate to the variation in a defined overall rating". So I am aiming to compare criteria A to Y, against criteria Z. Does that make sense?

Does anyone how I would undertake this, or know of where I could find out how to do such analysis?
