likelihood contribution

I have a set of data include survival time, event (1=death; 0=right censored) and treatment (1=yes; 0=no). how to write the likelihood contribution for an observation in terms of B0, B1 and G for

1) death at time t
2) right-censored at time t
3) complete likelihood function (a=1 for event; a=0 for no event)

for the Weibull model with parameters Li (ie lamda) and G and Li=exp(B0+B1Zi) where Zi indicates treatment (=1) or not (=0)?
