I'm a little bit stuck as to how I now use this predicted probability

Yeah, I guess you could merge your predicted probabilities into the dataset and model outcome regressed on predicted probabilities and ask your program to generate the ROC Curve in the output.

Predicted logit (risk score) = intercept + (Beta x variable) + (Beta x variable) + (Beta x variable)

Then would you do

predicted risk score = risk score / (1 + risk score)

Predicted logit (risk score) = intercept + (Beta x variable) + (Beta x variable) + (Beta x variable)

Then would you do

predicted risk score = risk score / (1 + risk score)
