Logistic Regression - Odds Ratio's

Hi, I am attempting to interpret the SPSS output used in direct logistic regression. In the Parameter Estimates table the Exp(B) output's are:
.473; .330; .696; and 1.085
I understand that the latter is intrepreted as: if there is a one-unit change in the variable, odds are increased by 1.085. However, do the other figures indicate an increase OR decrease as they are below 1?? (there B co-efficients are represented with a minus sign)

Also, any help on interpreting the significance of the WALD stats? I have 5.659; 10.144; and 11.636

Many Thanks to anyone who can help!!!!!
