Normal Approximation question

#1
1) A fair coin is tossed 600 times. What is the probability that the number of heads will be between 290 and 310?

(I have the answer, but I need help with the calculations of certain parts of the answer)

Answer:

p = 0.5, n = 600 ---------> I don't know how to calculate p
mean : p*n = 300
stand. deviation : (sqr. rt n * ( 1- p) = 600 ∗ 0.5 ∗ 0.5 = 150

290 < X < 310

290 − 300 / < Z < 310 − 300 /
(sqr. rt) 150 (sqr. rt) 150

− 0.82 < Z < 0.82

0.7939 − 0.2061 = 0.5878 ------> I don't know how to calculate these numbers
