Not sure which test to use.. I think its ANOVA?

I would like to see if there is a difference in speed/time between the techniques.. Than I guess I should go for an One-way-ANOVA and do two separate
for each; time and speed?
2. Would you say that my measures are repeated?
3. Should the short-distance serve as a baseline?
4. Is there a stat-test u i can use which let me use the average relative (to short distance) data?
5.If ANOVA is the right way to do it, can someone please explain how to in Prism Graphpad

- If you have any thoughts on how I can do this in a better way, please shout out! :)

This is a repeated-measures design. Therefore, repeated-measures analysis of variance would be appropriate.

Is it possible to do an ANOVA where the athletes serves as their own controls? If yes, do I need to do something special with the analysis?

In a repeated-measures analysis of variance, each subject is its own control
subject (if you have a condition you identify as "control condition").
