On a quest for the fair usage of statistics :)

I'm Sarah and I'm a software engineer in Ireland. I did the usual maths and stats courses in college and enjoyed them but I am rusty at best!! I have found that formal statistics are being used more and more in analysis of software test results, acceptance criteria, performance analysis BUT even my rusty background tells me these results are often massaged figures, misinterpretations or just plain wrong!!!
Hoping to brush up my stats and get a better depth of knowledge so I can produce the correct and meaningful statistics and refute bogus spreadsheets from time to time :p
Bit of a New Year's resolution I suppose.

So that's me
