Operations Research Software

By this I mean Quing models, linear programing, markov changes, decision trees etc.

Does anyone know a very good (in terms of ease of use especially) cheap software that does this type of stuff? Ideally I would like to find some that are not open source since my agency frowns on such.

I don't think you get everything in one package. You could use MATLAB, this require some programming. Most of the OR software focus mainly on optimization. CPLEX is good but costly. another one is LINDO, it is cheap compare to CPLEX.
