Hello every one.

I am from Pakistan having M.Phil degree in Statistics. Can any one guide me about University where i can do Ph.D in Statistics through distance learning program.

If you try you might get a scholarship if finance is an issue.Have you tried for an HEC scholarship?

But actually i am a regular employee and want to enroll for Ph.D in any foreign university and improve my qualification along with continuing my job. so is there any university.
