I just took an exam and not sure if I botched up on the Poisson concept which was asked several times.

Possion (e^-lambda*lambda^X/X!)

.5 people walk in a store every 1 minutes. What is probability that exactly 3 people walk in store in 10 minutes. Would I just multiply .5 by 10 =5.

Is this the correct answer?
lambda = 5

P(X=3) = 14.0373896%

Thanks :wave:
