Probability Two teams are playing a best of three series for the championship

Two teams are playing a best of three series for the championship. The result of each game is unpredictable. but team A (always) has probability of winning =.60

(a) what is the prob. that the series requires the playing of all 3 games?

(b) what is the probability that team A wins the series?

I havn't done this yet and im just confused how to start since it isnt a fair chance that both teams could win, since one has a .60 chance the other has to have a .40 chance. Is that correct and where do i go from there?
