Quick Population / Media Prob question

#1
This is hopefully a fairly quick conditional probability question for you guys.

Imagine a total population of 22MM people and I am running a media campaign against 2MM of those people. Secondarily, a survey company has access to a random sample of 4MM of the 22MM population. Each week, the survey company chooses 800 people at random from their 4MM sample to poll about the type of media campaigns they see.

The questions are:

What is the probability that my media would hit someone in the 4MM sample population?
What is the probability that my media would hit someone in the 800 weekly sample?

Thanks so much in advance y'all!
