there's plenty of stuff that does that (and i think very few of them work... actually, let's rephrase that. none of them work for all cases). my advisor likes the Pratt Index. there's also Budescu's Dominance Analysis, squared semi-partial correlations, Johnson's relative weights... oh god, the list just goes on...and on... and on...
