Hi all,
I am having struggles with computing a (hierarchical) regression analysis for my data, and i have a feeling this is due to my variables. I have a feeling the problem is with my dependent variable - as it is basically a sum of the three categories per respondent. Is there any way that i can still use the information from this dependent variable in any way for a regression? For me the total score (as computed in the dependent variable) should reflect the ultimate answer to whether a company is a first choice employer.
Here is the list of variables
I gladly appreciate your helP!

Here is the list of variables
- Dependent variable "First choice employer"
Per respondent, all three above mentioned categories added together - Independent variable 1 Content:
a summated scale of 10 items, with answers varying from 1-5 (strongly disagree - strongly agree) - Independent variable 2 Culture
a summated scale of 10 items, with answers varying from 1-5 (strongly disagree - strongly agree)
Independent variable 3 Salary - a summated scale of 10 items, with answers varying from 1-5 (strongly disagree - strongly agree)
