Hi Everyone,

I've looked and am surprised to be unable to find a way already created to compute the REGW post hoc anlaysis in R.

Does anyone know of a package that has it?

Thanks!

I couldn't find a package, but it looks like someone has written a function - here

Dason

That package is on CRAN - unfortunately one of the dependencies was taken off of CRAN but is available via bioconductor

Code:
source("http://bioconductor.org/biocLite.R")
biocLite("multtest")
install.packages("mutoss")
library(mutoss)
then you should be able to use regwq

Great! Thanks, Dason.

It turns out that the function that bugman referenced seems to be what was included in the mutoss package to compute REGWs. Presumably bugman's function can be used without the mutoss package, but the mutoss package saves several lines of command (and loaded fine via R Studio using the commands you gave).

Just for posterity's sake, here's a link to the page in the mutoss manual describing its regwq function:
http://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/mutoss/mutoss.pdf#page=54

Thanks again!
