[SPSS - ANOVA] Should I use a one-way ANOVA or one-way repeated measures ANOVA ?

Hi all,

I am currently trying to analyse data I obtained from my research but I am not sure if I have to use a one-way/two way ANOVA or a one-way/two-way repeated measures ANOVA.

I have a sample size of n=10 mice. I recorded the number of licks they did to different concentrations of a compound. They repeated the same experiment on 3 consecutive days. Each day they had the chance to lick 4 times to the same concentration.

First I want to see if the different number of licks I obtain for each concentration is different from the reference. I want first to analyse that for each day and then see if there is a difference in the response between days. If not, I would like to average the mean number of licks I obtained for the 3 days.
I am not sure if I have to use a simple one-way ANOVA or a repeated measures ANOVA?

I thank you in advance for your help,
